Does gem wear offer free shipping?
yes, we offer free shipping on orders above the following amounts:
• Denmark: 500 DKK
• Sweden: 800 SEK
• Norway: 800 NOK
• USA: 70 USD
• Europe: 67 EUR
• Rest of the World: 70 USD
please note that free shipping is not currently available for orders to the United Kingdom due to Brexit.
What is gem wear’s return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item, provided that:
• the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• items like swimwear and underwear have their hygiene seals intact.
If these conditions are not met, we will return the item to you.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Returns are processed within 5–9 business days of receiving your package.
Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.
What are your delivery times and shipping costs?

• DAO Pick-Up Point: 1–2 business days | 50 DKK (Free for orders above 500 DKK)
• DAO Home Delivery: 1–2 business days | 55 DKK
• GLS Pick-Up Point: 1–2 business days | 55 DKK
• GLS Business Delivery: 1–2 business days | 60 DKK
• GLS Home Delivery: 1–2 business days | 60 DKK
International Shipping:
