Shipping and delivery
Before completing your order, you’ll see various delivery options with estimated times and dates, depending on your address. We aim to ship all orders placed before 2 PM CET (Mon–Fri) on the same day, but if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll reach out immediately to resolve it.
While we strive to meet all delivery times, delays can occasionally occur during special releases, holiday seasons, or sales.

Customs & VAT
For orders outside the EU, additional customs or VAT fees may apply once the shipment reaches its destination. Please consult your local customs authorities for further information.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Making a return is simple. Reach out to our customer service at customerservice@gem-wear.com, and they will help you with your return. Please include “Return” and your order no. in the email subject line.
Customers from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the USA, EU, and the rest of the world (ROW) can easily process their return with our assistance. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund unless eligible for free returns (Danish orders above 500 DKK qualify for free returns). Return fees are as follows:
• Denmark: 50 DKK
• Sweden: 150 SEK
• Norway: 150 NOK
• USA: 16 USD
• EU: 10 EUR
• Rest of the World: 20 USD
Return Policy:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your parcel. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 30-day period expires.
• Products should be returned in the same condition as received: new, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Kindly reuse the packaging used for shipping for your return whenever possible.
• If a return does not meet our policy, it will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
Pro Tip: Include your order number and full name to help us easily identify your package.
Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5–9 business days from the day we receive your package.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, email us at customerservice@gem-wear.com with your order number, details of the product you’d like to exchange, and your desired replacement. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth exchange.
Here’s how it works:
1. Request a return label
Contact our customer service team, and they will provide you with a return label. Please indicate that you’d like to proceed with an exchange.
2. Return your item
Pack and send your item back to us using the return label provided.
3. Receive your replacement
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship your replacement as quickly as possible.
We’re here to make the process easy and stress-free!
Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days from the day we receive your package.

Ownership of GEM
www.gem-wear.com is owned and operated by Gem Wear ApS, sankt peders stræde 30c, Denmark (CVR:45241769).
When you shop with us—or access our website, services, or social media channels (our “Platforms”)—these terms apply. They outline what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. For additional information, check our FAQ pages, which are part of these terms.

Ordering
When you place an order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email to show that your order has been received. We’ll then perform a pre-authorization check to ensure sufficient funds are available on your card. Your order is accepted, and the contract is finalized, only when payment has been approved, and your card has been debited.
You may cancel (but not modify) your order shortly after placing it, depending on your selected delivery method. Details will be in your Order Confirmation email. To make changes, you’ll have to cancel your order, and place a new one.
Orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. If an issue arises, we’ll contact you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders or suspend accounts in cases of suspicious activity. If you think this has been done in error, contact us at customerservice@gem-wear.com.
Pricing
Although we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. If this happens with your order, we’ll notify you promptly to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
If we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
All prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, will be shown at checkout and included in your total.
Discount Code Policy
Some discount codes are personal and may be reserved for specific groups or require customers to meet certain criteria.
If: (a) you have obtained a discount code improperly, (b) you acquired a discount code through publicly available platforms or other forums without our approval, or (c) you are otherwise not entitled to use the discount code.
We reserve the right to: (I) reject the items of purchase made with the discount, (II) reject the purchase entirely, (III) demand reimbursement of the discount amount, or (IV) cancel the purchase.
All purchases remain subject to our general terms and conditions.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs, and estimated times will be displayed during checkout.
We aim to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, weather, or high-demand periods. We’ll keep you updated, and you can track your parcel’s progress.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for a full refund. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
Returns made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund, but at our discretion, we may issue a gift voucher instead.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging intact. If items have been worn, damaged, or are in unsuitable condition, they will be sent back at your expense.
Exceptions: Items like swimwear and underwear cannot be returned if hygiene seals are removed.
Your Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information. Please keep your details updated to avoid delivery issues. When interacting with Gem Wear on social media, remember that your information is governed by the platform’s privacy settings, which we cannot control.
Intellectual Property
Gem Wear owns or has permission to use the intellectual property on its Platforms. These rights are protected globally. You may store, print, or display content for personal use only. Commercial use of our content, logo, or branding is prohibited without our written consent.

Legal Information
We reserve the right to update or modify our services and these terms at any time.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the City Court of Copenhagen.
