Returns

Making a return is simple.

Customers from Denmark can process their return and exchanges via our return portal here:

Customers from outside Denmark (including Norway, Sweden, the USA, EU, and the rest of the world please use this return portal:

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For danish customers the return cost is 49 DKK. For international customers click here to see the return shipping cost of your country.

For customers in Denmark:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel to receive a refund.
• Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving your parcel and can be processed directly through our return portal.

For customers outside Denmark:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your parcel. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 30-day period expires.

For all returns:

• Products should be returned in the same condition as received: new, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Kindly reuse the packaging used for shipping for your return whenever possible.
• If a return does not meet our policy, it will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Pro Tip: Include your order number and full name to help us easily identify your package.

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 14 days from the day we receive your package.
