yes, we offer free shipping on orders above the following amounts:
• Denmark: 695 DKK
• Sweden: 800 SEK
• Norway: 800 NOK
• USA: 70 USD
• Europe: 67 EUR
• Rest of the World: 70 USD
What is gem wear’s return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item, provided that:
• the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• items like swimwear and underwear have their hygiene seals intact.
If these conditions are not met, we will return the item to you.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Returns are processed within 12-20 business days of receiving your package.
